THE BEST EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: FRANCES NELLY OYOLA

We caught up with Frances Oyola to ask a few questions about her time at Best Cleaners. Here’s what she had to say.

Do you have a nickname? Everyone calls me Fran.

What is your position? I am a seamstress and a customer service rep.

What location? I work Best in Simsbury.

How long have you been at Best? It’s been six months.

Where did you work before joining the Best team? I worked at Citi Trends for six months.

What do you like best about Best? I love my customers – they are awesome!

Do you have a favorite Best story? Terri Lane is one of my favorite customers. She shares stories about her family.

What are your special talents, hobbies or interests? I create one-of-a-kind dresses and have fashion shows of my creations.

Anything else you would like to share? I created the red dress and veil shown here. The veil was featured in a professional photoshoot for a reality show.
